As a manager, I have so much to do! What exactly is required of me in order to get this program launched?
All you need to do is send our the emails we send to you. Emails include: announcing the program, monthly registration emails with the registration link, and if you want, you can also send a weekly email to remind your team of the Weekly Booster upload. We also send emails you can use for the pre, quarterly and post program surveys.
Once you get to know us, you'll know that we do not like wasting time. And we sure don't want to waste your time either. This is why we have streamlined this program so it is as efficient as possible - for all parties involved. 
How long do we have to run the program?
The program must be completed within 12 months from start date.
How long is the program, and how long do we have access to the content?
The Vitality+ Program (seminars + boosters) is 52 weeks, but you have access to the content for 15 months from the start date.
The 8 Weeks to Awesome includes lifetime access, so you have it for life!
You're giving our entire team the course for free. Does it matter how many employees we have?

What are the next steps after we purchase The Vitality+ Program?

Once you've signed your contract, we'll set you up with our admin team to secure your deposit and dates. We'll review your objectives so we're on the same page, and then send you an outline of the process as well as the first survey and the email template for the first seminar (so you don't have to write it)! 

The process also includes how to instruct your team to sign up for their free lifetime access to The 8 Weeks to Awesome Wellness Challenge.

What are the seminar topics you'll cover over the year?
Check out this page for a list of Seminar Topics. We have a specific order we typically follow, but we can be flexible based on your priorities.
Are there replays of the seminars?
Yes. All seminars are recorded by NPW and uploaded to your private, password-protected, branded subdomain on our site. You have access to this page for a total of 18 months.
What are some typical questions you'd answer in the Weekly Boosters?
Although every body is different, everybody asks similar questions. Here are a few examples:

How does payment work?
We require 50% payment upfront and then the remaining payments are charged after each seminar.
Would it make sense to add a Workshop or Group Coaching Program during the year?
100%. There are a couple of seminars that naturally work well with a workshop. For example, The Stress Less Routine shows you which habits should be incorporated into your week, but you still might have specific questions about how to customize it to your own unique life. 
The Wellness Advantage Group Challenge is our 8-week, 10-session group coaching program. It can be added at any time. 
How many people can be in each seminar?
We can accommodate up to 495 participants for the same investment. For 995, additional fees apply. Beyond this, the most cost-efficient solution is to hold separate seminars for separate groups. 
How do people register for each session? We really don't want to have to deal with the tech!
Do not stress! We've got you covered. When we send you the email template for each session, it includes the registration link. Participants will register via the link, receive a confirmation and reminders from Zoom, and that's it! We've tested this over and over's as seamless as it can be - and you don't have to deal with the tech, thank goodness!
Is the program cancellable?
The program is non-cancellable - and we sure hope that cancelling never crosses your mind! If there is ever something that you don't love about the program, please reach out so we can address whatever might not be working for you.

Although we can't promise the results you'll get (because everybody and every body is different), we can tell you what typically happens during or by the end of the program:
