You can sign up, watch the introductory videos at your leisure, learn about the first habit and the first challenge, and THEN decide when you want to start.
 
You might even watch the first video with the intention of starting the next day, but then think, 'hmmm, I think I'd like to wait a week or 2 to officially start'. Or maybe you have a big project you want to get through first, or you're going on a vacation soon, it's not a problem.
 
PRO TIP: If you want to start the program on a Monday (many people like to start a wellness program on Mondays!), it's best to watch the first 2 videos by Sunday and then ON SUNDAY, click the READY TO BEGIN button. This means you'll officially start your Week 1 challenge first thing Monday morning.
